I was able to talk with local office associates on the phone. Employees who came to my house were very personable.
New install, replaced wood fireplace with gas logs plus propane tank. Installation went very well. Apparently, something fell through the cracks getting the actual gas delivered however. But when I complained, the response was very quick and we had the tank filled the same day. We're happy with our purchase, my wife loves to sit in front of the fire, and I love the convenience.
