The best part of your service is that we don't have to do anything.. That is, you guess our usage based on previous behaviors including whether we have lost electric recently, based on that they just show up to top us off. We have enough worries these days and going out to read the tank levels just wouldn't come happen.

I've used them for four years. They helped me sort things out when I first moved here.
I've never dealt with a propane tank & gas heat before. I also bought a stove insert
from them. The installers were very professional. I had some issues with it & they
replaced it right away. They are really good about keeping my tank filled up so I don't
run out. The girls I talk to over the phone in the office are wonderful & helpful.
so, overall, I have been very satisfied with everything about the company & have &
will recommend it to people.

Previous service has been excellent. Last year there was a little miscommunication with billing. This year there was a lack of communication. I realize switching services can be a little hard. I finally got the billing straightened out. The person I spoke to was very friendly and courteous. Delivery of propane has always been excellent. I hope that remains the same.

Scott Davis is an excellent manager. There was an issue with the service at our home and he immediately stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of. He even followed up with me after the service to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. I would definitely recommend them.
