Normally Freeman is great. We get our deliveries automatically on-time every time and the technicians are friendly and genuinely nice guys. After the hurricane they kicked it up another notch. The had a rep in a hotel taking calls and putting folks on delivery lists etc. and amazingly we got a top-off a just week later!

Need to establish emergency protocols for future disasters. Need backup power to pump gas so customers do not run out of fuel.
