Ordering by phone was quick and efficient. On line was not so easy. Superior notified us the day before of our delivery date. Was delivered on time and bill left house. I ordered on Monday and delivery of Thursday if the same week.

Response to refill gas tank is quick and often it is not necessary to call when we are low on gas because when in our neighborhood , Freeman will automatically check the tank and fill!

My technician was kind, knowledgeable and patiently explained everything. My bills over the past few years don’t seem reasonable and he is going to look into this. He is as thorough and checked for any leaks and I’m hoping they figure out why I needed so many gallons in a short amount of time over the last several years.
