I would give this a 10 except Freeman did not fill my tank during a very cold spell a couple of years ago. Since there was no gas, there was no heat for a while which risked having my water pipes freeze in my second while I was away. I heard that Freeman was having a shortage of employees to fill people's tanks. I think my pipes are okay, but I am still reluctant to use my washing machine for fear that the water ilne to it may be leaky. I have since learned that Superior Gas has acquired Freeman Gas, and the service since has been superior.

Everyone is very nice but there has been a drastic decline in customer service. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes 3 times in the last two days. And 2 of those calls were regarding that after my tank was filled, there was no gas coming into my home. I never sat on hold in the past - not sure what has changed but its not fun.

Auto delivery worked well again, and we have plenty of fuel for Thanksgiving.

The employees at Freeman Gas in Brevard, NC are very friendly and are as accommodating as possible. Hurricane Helene was an extreme test and I think they did as good as they humanly could during that time period.
