A friendly live person answered my phone promptly.............a very different experience from
trying to contact Amerigas ( 5 calls, on hold for a total of 2 hours, never got to talk to a live
person). Ordered new service and delivery of refurb tank was timely (nice paintjob ) and
the delivery person was on time, competent and friendly. Nice Truck !

Service is great. You actually deliver when you say you will. I did place on online order with a discount code and received a confirmation but no credit. Email said it would be credited within 5 days, billed about a mouth later for the full amount. I called and the rep was able to credit my account and handle the call professionally and to my satisfaction under the company policy but, the company policy should allow for a refund (since I had a confirmation) and not a credit that will sit there for a year. But, again, the rep I spoke to was great.

Recommended we have the sensor, which will send them an alert when we need a delivery......they came today and we are all set. Great company.
