When I call for service, I get exactly what I want: Fast delivery and the choice of the driver who delivers. This last is especially important since I have a creek that runs across the front of my property. It is imperative that the delivery truck does not cross the creek as the weight of the truck could break the cement pipe beneath driveway. Since one side of the creek slopes sharply, it is difficult to see where the creek is. One driver, Lupe, knows the exact position of the creek bank and stops in precisely the right place. Very important to me. In addition, I recently ordered additional service for a generator. I received prompt attention and willingness by George and Tom to work with the generator installment people. I would highly recommend Western Propane to anyone who needs propane service.

Have been with you all for about 9 yrs, excellent service up until this last fill up. Gentleman who came out was GREAT, he's always friendly and professional.
Ordered my fill up at least a month ago, you charged my credit card immediately and I didn't get service for a month.......not happy about that and according to my account it's COD....very
confused. Called your office three times for updates and one of your ladies in the office was to have called me back on Friday, 8/15, or that next Monday worse case.........never heard a word. Called on this last Friday, 8/19, was told I was scheduled for 8/23--got it.
I can't be the only client having issues with your system.

Steadfast reliability. Western Propane responds when called upon. Their service employees are courteous, professional and always provide documentation of the day's delivery.
The men that deliver my propane are always friendly and answer any questions I might have if I am out in the garden. They are hard workers and I appreciate their service.
