You're friendly. Price is reasonable. Service is good. Drivers are courteous. But I've only dealt with the Santa Maria outpost. Now that you have been swallowed by a large corporation on east coast, I'm nervous.
Also, my last delivery of only 37 gallons, which I did not request, I was charged a delivery fee of $9. I'm not so sure that's proper to charge for something I didn't request.

We like the refill on our tank without need from us to nag the office or we can call and get an emergency refill with no problem. We also like the fact that our billing is done thru auto pay.
