I have no problem with services or anything else. The driver is very nice and friendly as are the personnel in the office. My only problem is with being on COD. The last time I got filled it was only supposed to be half a tank. I ended up getting a full tank and it cost me $900.00. That wasn’t what I had asked for. This was a little inconvenient being I’m on limited income right now because I am on disability due to going through radiation and chemotherapy. It took a while to pay because I have to budget and save for that large sum. Now being on COD I have to come up with and pay ahead of time which sets me back on other expenses and food.

Having a local office to call and talk with people who know the community is the biggest benefit. I have recommended Western Propane and would do so again. My only suggestion at this time is it would be easier to budget if the tank was filled with more frequency such as every other month versus when a tank reaches a certain level.
