Two Brothers bike shop had a variety of bikes and customer service was top notch! No question was too simple and they were able to answer question in terms a beginner biker could understand. Not pushy nor did they try to over sell on accessories. Will definitely be our "go to" bike shop.
I want to thank Chris for helping me pick out an ebike. He was super knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. I was very comfortable asking him questions and expressing my concerns. My entire experience at Two Brothers was very positive.
Is great to have a bike shop local now. Needed a chain. They took me right in. Needed a rear wheel assy. tightened up. Did it while I waited. I highly recommend them for your next bike purchase and for any maintenance. Almost 8000 happy miles on my e-bike.
While we were on vacation our E bike had an issue. We called and they said bring it right in. We arrived they even helped get the bike down from the truck. They stepped through diagnosing the battery, than the controller which was the problem. Also found a bad link in the chain they fixed. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, & helpful. They new their product and we recommend them.

Nothing you guys are awesome! You are one of the more professional shops around and I think that’s a little hit or miss for folks who are used to very unstructured group rides and events, either through the Regulators in State College or through RothRock in Huntingdon. So I think you are filling a large spot in the community by offering more structured events that will be more comfortable for folks who like to know what they are getting into. Everyone who I have talked to about you have had nothing but positive things to say about you! Keep it up!
