Everyone was super nice and patient, even when I had to return my bike for a different model. The team is very knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend these guys, and love my new bike!

Two Brothers bike shop had a variety of bikes and customer service was top notch! No question was too simple and they were able to answer question in terms a beginner biker could understand. Not pushy nor did they try to over sell on accessories. Will definitely be our "go to" bike shop.
I want to thank Chris for helping me pick out an ebike. He was super knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. I was very comfortable asking him questions and expressing my concerns. My entire experience at Two Brothers was very positive.
Is great to have a bike shop local now. Needed a chain. They took me right in. Needed a rear wheel assy. tightened up. Did it while I waited. I highly recommend them for your next bike purchase and for any maintenance. Almost 8000 happy miles on my e-bike.
While we were on vacation our E bike had an issue. We called and they said bring it right in. We arrived they even helped get the bike down from the truck. They stepped through diagnosing the battery, than the controller which was the problem. Also found a bad link in the chain they fixed. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, & helpful. They new their product and we recommend them.

Nothing you guys are awesome! You are one of the more professional shops around and I think that’s a little hit or miss for folks who are used to very unstructured group rides and events, either through the Regulators in State College or through RothRock in Huntingdon. So I think you are filling a large spot in the community by offering more structured events that will be more comfortable for folks who like to know what they are getting into. Everyone who I have talked to about you have had nothing but positive things to say about you! Keep it up!

We were very pleased with how we were treated and the time that was taken with us to explain the different bikes and different pros and cons of each bike in great detail. Even after one of our bikes had an issue after getting it home, everyone was so kind and helpful in getting it resolved. We will refer everyone we know that is looking for a bike to you.

Very friendly. Willing to help with any questions issues. Honesty. We asked for a repair/replacement if a chain. They told us it wasn't needed. That chain was somehow too tight. No cost for their check if it either.
I had my older bike pedals removed from my mountain bike and other pedals installed.

You were recommended by my brother inlaw as he bought 2 Aventon bikes from you last year. I researched Aventon adventure 2 on the internet and was impressed with reviews. So I decided that I would go to a dealer and check them out firsthand. We have dealers that were closer to us but reviewing there websites didn't say what bikes they had available so I was reviewing your website and it shows you guys have the bikes available we wanted to check out. We went to your store on Saturday and were greeted by Matt I believe and he was very helpful going over the 2 styles of bikes as well as all the options that adventure 2 offers. We were offered a test ride around the parking area and we were impressed with the bikes operations. We decided to purchase a couple available options and have them installed by your team prior to taking possession of the bikes. Once the bikes were ready for pickup I received a phone call from your team stating they were ready as I was told you would appreciate the response from TWO BROTHERS. The following day we were able to go pickup the bikes they were ready to go and Chris went over the bike operations with us again and explained additional things we could do to make the bikes more enjoyable. Highly recommend the TEAM AT TWO BROTHERS BIKES. Thanks for the hats. Overall a great experience now we'll hit the trails.
