They are very friendly and very helpful. I went there wanting a certain bike and walked out of there with one I loved even more than the one I went for. I bought the bike in Burnham and the next day went to get accessories from State College and both places the service was exceptional. Thanks for everything!!!! I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone.

Abe was very knowledgeable about the bikes. He also ask me to take my time to decide so I would make the best decision for me. No pressure sales. I will definitely shop there again!

I wanted a low step ebike. You ordered one for me from the Burnham store but are going to deliver and service from the State College location which is more convenient.
When I went for a test ride in Burnham, your staff was very helpful. Being able to rent the bicycle for a weekend to test it in my home location helped me make my decision.
