Water aerobics every day!
It is great place to work out. Nice friendly staff and updated equipment. However, I am constantly frustrated that the clocks are either not on or the time is not accurate. That needs to be fixed. I am also frustrated that the sign in the men's locker room says the remote is there but never is. Either remove the sign or keep the remote in the locker room. I am so tired of the politically correctness about what is shown on the TV's. You should leave some of the TV's on a sports channel all the time like CBS Sportline, NFL channel etc. A TV with local news, Weather Channel or something like that and do not change the channel. It is so boring to see 30 plus year old game or cooking shows.
I have made many new friends that I see weekly in a class or meet with them to play mahjong. I look forward to seeing everyone as they have become my extended family.
I appreciate that the managers care about what is important to us and they really do a great job of managing our Y.

Can you please not list the full last name of members’ information on the sign in kiosk? It’s an invasion of privacy. Just the first letter of the last name is sufficient.
So many things! I love the pool, water fitness classes, chair Pilates and yoga and all the Thrive classes. The instructors are fabulous, knowledgeable, challenging and encouraging. And fun!
I love the impact that the Y has on our community, especially children! I love the way the YMCA supports and encourages families. I’m very grateful to be a Y member.

I mainly go here for the men's steam room. Last week it was not working, which happens. However, the room should have been cleaned/disinfected as it had a strong odor. Please have this cleaned more frequently.
I enjoy how so many different ways of exercising is available to people, and how kind the staff is. I've only had good interactions, in class, and out.

The people and the programs!
Gerald Robinson was excellent both seasons we had our daughter in basketball. It was a great experience and taught my daughter how to play, compete, and have fun working hard.
We have had a great experience with TFY sports. The director is friendly and engaging and volunteer coaches have been wonderful.

Lots of classes, workout equipment, indoor track and ‘indoor’pool for year round exercise.
When our children were young we would spend part of almost every day at the pool during the summer. And we taught them, as teens, about the need for exercise with the equipment.
The childcare is excellent! I appreciate how kind the staff is and that someone always comes to greet us at check in.

Pool is lovely. Locker room not so great. Shower area wet everywhere making it hard to get dressed after shower.
Would love some guest passes to bring friends to try the Y.
Friendly staff at front desk. One lady showed me around the facility & even offered to get me a towel!
Now that’s great customer service! I will come back in April to visit again. Was only in Cary for a dental appointment.
