Everyone is so friendly!
I appreciate the welcoming feeling that comes from every single staff member, trainer, teacher and coach I’ve had contact with… I think that is what sets the tone at the Taylor Y.
My only concern is how challenging it can be to find a class (yoga or strength or pilates etc) that isn’t fully booked within SECONDS of availability. I wish I could offer a suggestion on how to address this issue, but I just don’t know how it can be fixed. I guess this makes me a ‘problem spotter’ rather than a ‘solver’.
Regardless, it does not dim my enthusiasm for what you do and what you offer!

I love the Taylor YMCA's commitment to the community. I have been a member for three decades, so I know a lot of wonderful people, both staff an members. I cherish those relationships!
The cost is covered by Medicare. No one bothers me. I am free to exercise on my own. The employees and volunteers smile and say "Hello".
Wonderful staff and clean workout spaces. Grew classes!

Classes selections but need more TIME Options.
Primarily use the pool and started taking some group classes. I love the Taylor Y , facility is great; clean , temperature is right and easy to navigate. The staff are helpful with whatever questions I throw their way . And finally the community is diverse with different folks that all seem to be there enjoying themselves.

Staff is great. They are polite and always have a smile. They engage the kids from the time they get out of the car to the time the kids get back in.
I would have liked to have seen the counselor in training program brought back. As a fourth grader my daughter enjoyed it.
