The people
The staff was friendly and helpful. The lifeguards were attentive and although the pool was busy. My 5 year old son and I were able to carve out space.
The group fitness instructors are fantastic, kind and knowledgeable - Susan, Magda, Romain and Lydia. The other employees are friendly and helpful as well.
Everyone is welcome - friendly. Need to fix the steam room in Women’s locker room - it has been out of order for a very long time

I love the year round pool, water aerobics, swim classes for kids. I love the mix us of classes my favorite is yoga and mindful meditation but there are a number of great class offereing @ different times of the daysm so you can work out just about every day.
Weight training, equipment, upstairs and dance, dance classes!
Very clean. Hot water and showers with doors! Workout equipment pretty accessible for a Friday right after work.
Primaily use the Aquatic center pool. Throughly enjoy leveraging the aquatic classes, or pool for personalized workout. Staff is very friendly and engaging, as well area surrounding the pool is typically clean during the week.
A few thoughts for consideration:
1) The aquatic class instructors are fine, however they all do the same movements for every class, even the newer/returning instructors.
2) Earlier classes like 7 AM like Kraft (45 min 3 days a week - Summer), 7:45 AM (45 min Alexandar), or 8:00 (45 min Kerr).
3) Have experienced classes those other Y's, and though regardless of 45 or 55 min, the classes are fantastic workouts, and their FIT, HIIT and Deep are completely different formats and fun workouts!
4) I don't know their pay scale, but would be great if Taylor could bring in instructors from other locations, such as Rachael Hood-Z, Julietha K, Kelly C, Paulo D, Carol Ann, and thrilled Ann Marie subs at least twice a month. These instructors have full classes - 40 deep - variety of ages, demographics, etc.
Yes, I'm willing to travel for variety, just wish I didn't have too.

I really enjoy how family oriented it is, I can work out and know my kids are cared for and having fun. The workers are all very kind and helpful. Love the pool and being able to have laps available most of the time

The guy at the front was friendly. I like the treadmill looking at the track
I enjoy swimming 2 or 3 times a week in the covered dome pool. It feels like the outdoors all year long. It is also a treat to sip a cup of hot spiced tea in the main lobby while I wait for my husband to finish his sauna and steam room, which he loves after a workout.
