The equipments and cleanliness.Approachable snd pleasant staff members . The various training programs. The greatest advantage is the accessibility of Physical Therapy approach right at the facility to sign up as well as being able to have therapy sessions in the YMCA once a week . Would be great if it is offered more frequently.

Customer service, cleanliness, plenty of equipment, towels professionalism at all times from staff,etc.
I love Pendora’s yoga classes and Jackie and Paul’s lean and cut classes. I appreciate the diversity and inclusion of Southeast Y. I appreciate how personable and kind the above teachers are - how they watch for correct form and how Pendora provides adjustments or helps class participants deepen their stretching postures. She has a gentle touch and makes sure that touch is ok for class participants prior to beginning class. There’s a consideration shown by the teachers that makes participants feel seen and cared about.
