I’ve been enjoying the group classes and I have just ventured into lifting weights on my own. The equipment is always clean, the floor is very well maintained, and everyone is very mindful of each other’s space.
I love going to the pool with my boys. The lifeguards are so nice and always willing to answer questions about the pool rules.
The SEY is the most friendly welcoming branch I have been to. It offers such diversity in its membership and their classes. They have great, dedicated instructors who take the time to get to know their participants. It is a shining star in the YMCA of the Triangle! Highly recommend❤️
Very friendly staff and up to date equipment
My child has learned and developed so much in a short period of time. My child really enjoys attending basketball 2 times a week and has so much fun. I would gladly put my child in this type of program again. This has been a very helpful experience.

The outdoor pool is wonderful! The upstairs workout area is spaceous and well equipped. I’ve never seen it crowded (but then I don’t do at the busiest times). Locker rooms are clean, staff is friendly.
I like how the equipment is not crowded together. I would like a fly machine however.

I AM REALLY ENJOYING GOING TO THE Y, IT'S VERY BENIFITING TO ME EVERYONE IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE Y FOR EVERYONE THEY WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAN AND PLENTY OF TREADMIL'S , BIKE'S ,WEIGHTS, WALKING TRACK, BASKETBALL, TO WORK OUT ON, THE BATH ROOMS ARE WAYS CLEAN,AND THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE.
Every time I enter the SE Raleigh YMCA, I'm greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello. The class assortment is awesome and the access to lap pool is essential for my workout routine.
