LOVE the Tai Chi class. Staff and instructors are very friendly. Like the Body Balance and Kickboxing classes.

It would be great if a staff member could monitor the weight rooms - so many people have loud conversations on their phones while exercising and sit on machines taking up space and not using them while they’re scrolling on their phones or having phone calls.

I only have one class there but I enjoy the facility, instructor & class. SERY has something unique in Jim Poindexter & his Taichi classes. Tracey (the Director) is very well organized & communicates well with everyone.
