As a senior I especially enjoy the thrive classes. Charise's class on Friday am is a favorite along with Meredith Wednesday am class. Enjoyed TINA'S class on Thursday. she's not there haven't had an opportunity to try the new instructor.

I love the staff- warm, sharp, encouraging. They are the family that every YMCA should pattern themselves after. Plenty of free parking. Clean towels! Clean facility. The best YMCA in the state!
