Everyone is very professional, kind and welcoming. I love the evolving class schedule.
My daughter absolutely loves the camp! She enjoys every single day, loves her counselors and the entire group, and truly looks forward to being there. It makes me very happy to see how much she enjoys her time at camp.
The only thing I would like to mention is the swimming day on Wednesdays. According to the summer camp schedule, she has swimming on Wednesdays, but unfortunately, she is not able to take a shower afterward. I have mentioned several times that if my daughter goes swimming, it is very important for her to shower afterward, and she also asked about the possibility of taking a shower. However, we were told that this option is not available.
Because of this, we have decided that she will not participate in swimming. This honestly makes me very sad, because she would love to enjoy this activity with the other children. I really hope there might be a way to provide campers with an opportunity to rinse off or shower after swimming in the future.
Overall, though, we are very happy with the camp and truly appreciate all the wonderful work the counselors do!

Everyone in staff typically are extremely kind. The buildings cleanliness tends to be a 9 our if 10. The bathrooms in the ladies locker room specifically the showers need to be tile cleaned a re-grouted. If I ever have s concern or question, It is always handled with care.

My typical Y is Alexander on Hillborough street but I try to attend Pendra’s Sunday afternoon yoga class regularly because it’s excellent. The facility is gorgeous, almost enough parking and I hope to get the pool soon. I love having a second option close by

First of all Southeast is like an extended family. Members and staff keep up with each other and are truly supportive and caring. The instructors are first rate as are the classes. I’m there five days a week. Does that tell you anything? 🥰

What an excellent facility from the equipment to the people, especially the people that make this Y exceptional.
I recently had an issue with the process of adding my children to my membership: I completed the paperwork ~1 month prior to trying to use the childcare and other services on my membership. I was told that their additions were still pending. I am not sure where the paperwork got lost or held up but Tracy was able to assist with pushing it through, allowing my children to stay in childcare while I completed my exercise class.
Staff, members, and cleaness of the YMCA
Good variety of classes, good availability to sign up for classes, staff very helpful and friendly, facility very clean and organized. Appreciate Tracie's prompt responses to questions. Jim P is a terrific and dedicated instructor.

I really appreciate SER YMCA — the equipment is well maintained, varied, and machines that break down get repaired quickly, so I rarely run into anything out of service.
I don't attend classes often, but the ones I have taken were great.
