The counselors had a lot of unique ideas about jump rope tricks. This was our first sports camp at the Y and it’s so different than normal Trackout camp. Our kids have had a blast!
Coach Meredith and the Super Skippers welcomed our daughter with open arms, and made her feel so special. She had the best week! Bonus-she learned a lot too. But the main thing was she was so happy! Thank you!

I enjoy my daily workout at the facility. People are very friendly which makes my day.
I love the community feel, especially in the BodyCombat classes (love Robin, Jon, Julia...) and some of the other classes.
Very Nice facilities, still looks new compared to Taylor. However, the front desk people were not very friendly. Maybe it was too early - Monday morning at 7:50 am

The kid zone is wonderful!
I'm sure you hear this a lot but too many times I have to wait on a machine because someone is sitting there on their phones, or there is a group of 3-4 that take up the machine for a long period of time...talking. i have also experienced 2 guys taking up 2 machines at the same time, alternating between the 2 machines.
The signs you have saying this is a "no phone zone" are useless unless they are enforced.
The Y employees at the desk and on the floor are great and are a big reason why i enjoy going to the Y.

I attended the Pilates Reformer Foundation class with Doretta. It was amazing! She is an excellent instructor and was very thorough in making sure we understood the machine and how to safely use it, as well as the positions and what their purpose/function was. It was truly amazing! I had recently taken an intro class at clubpilates and none of the basics were covered. Doretta really knows her stuff and wants to be sure students are safe.
The Northwest Cary YMCA is close to my house. I like that there is a track for walking and running so I don't have to use a treadmill.
