The employees are friendly and helpful. The facilities are really nice. The classes are great, too. The instructor, Emily, is a great teacher who is good at giving alternatives for poses she is teaching and want everybody to feel able to take her classes. People who have advanced yoga practices can feel challenged and those with not-so-advanced practices have something to do, too.

Would love additional senior classes
Studio A and Studio B are great dance floors. I practice ballroom dancing there nearly every day. I very much appreciate the Y's policy of allowing me to practice there between the scheduled group classes and I also appreciate how the other members who use those rooms between classes are accommodating, considerate and creative in how they share that space.
