Ever since the new pool heater was installed in September, the pool has been awesome! Water temp has been absolutely perfect regardless of the cold temperatures and the lifeguards assure me that they don't mind lifeguarding poolside when I'm the only swimmer in the pool. Thank you, thank you!
Appreciate the assistance with my membership suspension due to upcoming spinal fusion surgery. I will be back once I am physically cleared.
I hope and wish that the handicap chair is repaired as I will require to use it after surgery to get out of pool.

It’s the best Y in the area, clean, plenty of machines, staff is nice, clientele is nice, the classes are great, and now we got the reformers coming? Holy moly, this place is the holy grail, I’m so excited for the reformers you have no idea!
This was the 1st time that I went to the Cary WMCA. I was in the area and wanted to check it out. The everyone there was friendly and helpful. I loved the equipment and the track. I enjoyed the sauna (although I wish it was hotter!).

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Answered all of our questions and assisted in getting our membership reinstated
All the folks I interact with are all friendly and seem to treat the kids really well. My child really enjoys their time there and it seems meaningful. I wish they could do homework if needed, but overall I've been really happy with our time here.
So much appreciate that the pool is heated and stays open during the winter months!
There are a lot of lap swimmers that l know are grateful for the opportunity to swim year round.

NW Cary still has the older Matrix ellipticals with fans. Please please never get rid of them! They’re so much more comfortable for my stride length (and my whole family’s); the new ones are literally painful for us to use.
The old ellipticals with adjustable stride length and run/walk settings were amazing.
Lucas is so great with Thrive! Always have a good time at the events.
