I love everything about the NW Cary branch! The Director over memberships, Mary Jane and Latasha, are awesome. And I especially love the different options for work out classes.

Soooo much nicer and cleaner than the near Bond Park and Kraft in Apex that look and feel run down. So many more machines too with more space. I dont feel so cramped. It is missing the leg lift stucture to do lower abs though.

I love the family atmosphere.. Always something going on. I love the teachers and classes. I love location, cost. Great place for families to hang out. I like the new App! I love there is tons of staff. Clean great parking!. I go 6 to 7 days a week.. would go nowhere else!!!

Spacious track area and workout floor. The steam room is HOT just the way I like it. Better than any other around in the triad. Friendly personnel.

Place is decent, specious with all sorts of facilities for every age group.
Staff is well trained and co operative.
The only thing I suggest is at swimming pool plate displays requesting to have showers before entering the pool. Many members don't comply with.
To me entering without pre shower is inhygenic. Water in the pool 🤣
I hope you are getting my point and if convenience you, please make pre shower mandatory.

Everything! The staff friendliness, good atmosphere, open hours, cleanliness, music and volume, layout, equipment, classes are scheduling, people who go there are nice.

The dry sauna, ability to work and workout, the heated saltwater pool, good weight area.
Like the options of group exercises.
Would be nice if less crowded (or if space can be expanded)
Sarah P, Carolyn, Julia K, Shawna B are great yoga instructors. They always make the class worth the trip. And we are beginning to build a sense of community at NW similar to what we had years ago at Taylor.
I love the class offerings during the available childcare hours.
