I like the variety of classes and equipment available. I also appreciate the pop-up classes like Mindfulness Meditation.
The spinning classes! The leader, Marion, is great. I drive over from Durham to participate in the class at 7:30am on Fridays.

Would like more class options on Friday evenings and from 8 AM - 9 AM on weekdays.
Would prefer more portable fans in class rooms as A/C and the 2 in front are not enough, especially for the upcoming summer season.

Nice ladies changing room. Swimming all year. Single lanes available. Not very track. Usually working sauna and steam room. Friendly staff. Well run facility.
I’m loving my experience there. It’s great for my recovery and for my kids. It’s a place I look forward to going to each day for my workouts or to get some school work done. The daycare is awesome. My kid loves being there and that gives me peace of mind too
