The NW Cary Y has many exercise classes with experienced instructors to meet various interests and abilities. There are many exercise and weight machines to work various muscles or for cardio workouts. Staff is always helpful and supportive.
I fell very lucky to have this Y in my neighborhood.

There are many reasons why I and many others enjoy and are happy north west y is here. The facility is wonderful/ well maintained/ offers excellent equipment and the staff is terrific.

I love the Thrive fitness classes!
The instructors are caring and have become great friends!
I would like to add that we desperately need a new weight rack/lighter weights/dumbbells in the red room. The ones that are in there now are showing their age and there is never enough.
Stability balls would be a great alternative to the heavy bulky chairs.
