I’ve been a member at Kerr Y since it opened… even taught a few classes back when I was a group fitness instructor. I love my membership… love my home base Kerr but also love the ability to use other locations as well. My children throughly enjoyed the childcare when they were young and even went on to work at the Y. There’s a family feel you just don’t get competing gyms. There’s a fabulous selection of classes. Happy to see the changes and equipment upgrades on the weight floor. The sauna is fabulous! My only complaint is the absence of a spin bike on the wellness floor. There’s been one on the floor for years and years hit for whatever reason the bike was removed. I’ve asked multiple times to replace it and was told I could access the spin bikes in other areas or use the other bikes. If you are a spin lover an exercise bike or the airdyne bike is not a substitute. With the new layout there is plenty of space to insert a spin bike next to the exercise bikes. Maybe take one of the spin bikes on the track that seems to be gathering dust and replace the one that was always there. I don’t think this is a big ask! Every other branch I attend has spin bikes on the wellness floor. Thank you!
Cleanliness
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Easy drive to the Y. I typically go to the Finely Y, but decided to try the Kerr Y pool since the Finely Y has had to close their pool to take care of a glass issue.

I have had a shoulder replacement and water aerobics is the only activity I am involved do at this time, I hope the problem of enough room in the pool will be addressed especially during the summer months in the out door pool.

My son loves coming here after school and he always tells me how much fun he has. Often he doesn’t want me to even pick him up.
The staff have also been extremely helpful with my son and helping him with certain issues. Counselors and directors alike. I’ve been very nice to me and helpful as well.
People..facilities..and specially newly finished raquetball courts!!
I like the Zumba classes and Livestrong. And availability of the machines to work out. I like the aqua Fitness. Thank you

Wonderful experience Mr Gary Clark was very informative to me and my friend I also invited my daughter and family.back. My kids grew up in all the programs.
Great welcoming people #1! I mostly use the track , which is great, and then the spin bike in the corner. Enter the pool for a bit, then a great hot shower feeling great. Upon leaving, the best cup of coffee awaits!

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. It feels like a big family at the Y with the staff and members being a part of the family. It is also kept very clean and neat.

Our kindergartener loves the YMCA after school program. They have a variety of activities to play and get to spend time with students of all grades.
I like the staff, all the activities offered for the kids and that the children are always playing and allowed to be kids!
Kate Revels has been a wonderful addition to the Kerr Family and I value the and respect she displays when communicating when with me as a parent.
It’s become a safe and welcoming space for my pre teen. I love that he is able to come after school and work out and still have friendly supervision until swim practice.
The staff has always been wonderful at the Kerr Y After School. They are great with the kids and always polite and communicative with parents. My son loves going to after-school care.
