Very friendly and helpful staff
Clean facility. Work out area is spacious, and tread mills seem to be newer, and face windows, so while working out you can see the green nature outside. A walking track is a positive, and open pickleball court time is great.

It’s convenient to my house, I appreciate the clean facility, and friendly childcare staff. The kids and I love using the pool during the summer.
Whenever we walk in the front door, we are happy to see people who are just there working out or getting ready to...and it turns out that they are, but they also make sure that we know where to go, tell us how things work, and are helpful. That is very nice when we are new. I think these are "staff" persons who are scheduled to be there - not just random persons working out.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pickleball courts. Dan has done a great job & only wish there weee more opportunities to play.
I really appreciate the friendly staff who care and the good variety of fitness classes.
I like that I can use my membership at all Triangle locations. I also like the programs offered.

It’s a very clean and friendly space that includes childcare, so it makes a first time mom wanting to exercise have that opportunity!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff
The childcare is excellent - I use the treadmill and I love overlooking the little prayer area outside. Love the sauna and showers. My kids also love the pools.
Wonderful facilities. Love the group class options, instructors, and how encouraging the environment is! The childcare staff has been great and they love on my kids (ages 2 & 4). I'm impressed with the activities they do in there as well! Overall, I am so pleased with it.
