Lori Lewis is one of my all time favorite group exercise instructors. She is so welcoming and motivating. Her classes are well choreographed, great music, and she always offers modifications.
At this Y, we find a wide variety of equipment and classes plus enough room to enjoy them all without feeling rushed or crowded. The staff is simply excellent and are friendly and always very helpful. It is a pleasure to visit this Y every time.

Like all variety. Need more cycling classes though - Morning classes are full 15 min after you can first sign up.

Love the Y. Wish on Friday night and Saturday afternoon you had 3 courts in stead of one for pickleball.
The staff is very helpful, I enjoy the puzzles up front, I use the lobby areas a lot to get work done when working remotely and really appreciate the coffee. My boys enjoy the kids zone and the new workout machines are super nice.

The staff and instructors are great and made us Rex outcasts feel welcome. It has been a great experience, everyone is helpful and the classes are great.

I like the location, pickle ball, and pool. They need bigger towels, a steam room, and a different setup for the women’s showers (tiny cubicles with curtains that move every time someone walks by is nerve wracking for modest or anxious women. The ones at Finley and West Cary are 100 times better with real doors/ larger stalls, not in a walkway). The showers and tiny towels are the worst part at this location.
All instructors are awesome and I love the size of the building. Not crazy big. Classes fill up quick but I like the class sizes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My home Y is Poyner because I work close to that location and where I signed up but my second home is Kerr! Can’t wait to try more at Kerr.

Great experience the water showers need fixing. The hot and cold water does not regulate. They need new fixtures and water adjusted I love the trainers in the water pool classes
