The staff! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It really is a ‘no judgement zone’ also. I like all the class variety.
I have really enjoy the friendly staff, meeting new people who are as enthusiastic as I am about exercise, and the daylight that streams through the many windows in the Banks D. Kerr Family YMCA. The facility is always jumping with activity wherever you look and courtesy is abundant at the “Y”. I love the diversity and common interest we all share about exercise being an integral part of our lives, no matter our age.
We are all richer in body and soul because Banks D. Kerr Family YMCA is in our lives.

There are several group classes for older adults which I truly I enjoy. The managers and class instructors are all knowledgeable and personable.
The employees are friendly and well trained. The area is always clean. Staff has listened when we had a concern. My only concern right now is parking. It is tight and will get harder to find a space when the outdoor pool opens.

A couple of questions....
Why have the TVs been removed from the Cardio area? It was nice to be able to watch something when working out! Why is the new TV on the wall that no one can see?

I love spin class. Favorite instructor is Mary Ann. Good strength training equipment and sauna is great for relaxing afterwards.

I like the location. The pool access - outdoor and indoor.
Reliable and family focused. Great yoga teachers and stuff for teens to do as well. Please a one hour only yoga class after work in evenrungs would be great as 1.5 hours too long in evenings. Thank you for all you do!!
Love the Kerr YMCA. My family has had a membership there for 20 years and I love the sense of community. I am also grateful for the recent weight room upgrades and earlier hours for opening. Highly recommend!!!
I like the large number of classes that you offer.
I like the large walking track.
Enjoy being able to play pickleball there and great classes.
Friendly people and the classes are well organized. I just wish the water aerobics classes weren't so early and hard to get into.

Swimming pool and sauna.
Clean facility. Good hours. Open most days even in inclement weather. Nice pool with good staff.
I love the classes, friendliness of the staff, childcare, and the facilities. I do wish that the childcare opened at 8am though so I could attend an earlier class and do the work I need to do.

I love the family feel of the YMCA because all ages are a part of the program. When you walk in the people that greet and sign you in are very welcoming.
I am volunteering with the volleyball program and can't say enough about the young high school girls that I get to work with. I think the volleyball program is great because the only other opportunity for a young girl to learn and play volleyball, outside of school, is a club team. A club team can be very expensive and out side of the budget for a family, especially if you have more than one child involved.
I love working with Leah Thompson, now for the third session of volleyball. I have leaned a lot about being a coach and how best to help and encourage our young players. I think the best way to give a girl the confidence she needs, after her parents, is being part of a team. I am 75 yrs and very grateful for the kindness and support Leah and the other Team members have given me.

The only service that I use at the Kerr Y is the pool. The pool is always clean and the temperature is perfect for swimming laps. The only thing I wish is that you could reserve a lane instead of always having iopen swim.

Great gym and equipment, the people are nice too
