In addition to an extremely friendly staff, I am very satisfied with the exercise and fitness options. The pickleball program is great and tries to accommodate play for all levels. My wife enjoys the spinning and other fitness classes.

Super staff, instructors and great classes! Julie B runs a great wellness program. Would love to find a way to build out another group classroom. Very community oriented and reacts to needs quickly.

I love the Kerr YMCA for lifting and fitness – especially since they updated the basement workout zone and added a functional training space by the racquetball courts. This branch of the Y maximizes out their floor space, and I appreciate the creativity they show in this. There’s also a friendly community around the lifting and fitness space, which isn’t always the case at other gyms, which can be more intimidating. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve seen a lot of unwelcoming gyms, and while I can function in that space I prefer not to. Thanks for investing the effort in making this Y a great place.

We joined the Kerr Y back in November, after the Rex Wellness Center closed. We use the Y primarily for use of the pool. Very pleased, everyone is very friendly and informative. Planning on exploring other fitness opportunities and classes.
