Staff and range of activities.
Gym set up is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.
I used to come to the classes at the Y which was great but recently over the past 2 months I have been walking in the park with a weighted vest as exercise because of pain related issues. But I have kept my membership to use the wonderful sauna facilities. I have been almost every day for the past few months, any day that I am able. Unfortunately the sauna is often not working, or simply not hot enough and today a bald very buff gentleman argued with me about 100 degrees being hot enough. The sauna needs to be between 175 and 190 degrees to have any benefit it has to be above 160. That’s just the proven science behind the sauna. If the sauna continues to be down, I will be forced to cancel my membership. And I think you need to have a team meeting about how hot the sauna is supposed to be. It’s been (when it’s working) usually 185 which is great and everyone loves it at that temperature if you like the sauna (if that is too hot you do not like the sauna you like a warm room) thank you for taking my concerns into consideration.

This is the nicest Y we have ever been in! The cleanest, with the friendliest & most professional staff. We love coming here. We also appreciate how you promote the "C" in YMCA, when other YMCA's are trying to remove it!

The Finley Y has been a part of my life since I was a kid. Now my own family is a part of this community and it continues to be a blessing to me through fitness and fellowship. I love the access to the fitness equipment and classes and the community it is for us.
I use the weight room on a regular basis and appreciate the wide variety of equipment. I would like to see them stop people from using phones while sitting on machines.

I love the staff and how I can always count on getting a smile from just about everyone I encounter on a daily basis, both staff and members.
Now, I will tell you that the indoor pool is awfully crowded and noisy during summer camp
all summer. I wish there was a way to have them use the pool after we get through the morning fitness classes in the pool. I realize we share the pool but the noise level is such that we cannot hear our instructor.

1) The lady that does the greeting (before 9 am) does a excellent job at making all feel very welcome.
2) I really like the 'core' classes. They are very needed for older adults.
3) Just today, there were no bath towels at 10am.
4) Bath towels need to be bigger ... for full size man.
The staff and instructors are very friendly and professionals. Place always looks clean.

Very quick process
I like the community the most but I have been going to the Y for many years. I have a lot of friends there.
My daughter and I enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer!
First the people, both the staff and the members. Everyone is so nice and friendly.
Secondly, the facility, and the equipment. Everything is very nice.

Love the classes, especially Jay's cycle beats. The workout floor is still frustrating. You can't go in there and not see someone (Usually a young guy) sitting on a bench or machine staring at his phone for 3- 5 minutes between sets. He likely has no idea how long he is taking between sets but it is beyond ridiculous.
I took my children swimming in the outdoor pool on Saturday. I was impressed with how helpful and pleasant the front desk clerk was and how patient the head lifeguard was with my children as we navigated through the swim test.
The childcare is great, most of the workout classes are really good, the pool is a must in the summer
All the staff is very friendly. There are many nice classes to choose from. The equipment is in good shape and well cared for.
