The downtown Durham YMCA provides an excellent experience in a sports facility. The staff is knowledgeable and very personal. The YMCA offer you a number of classes, programs and training areas to facilitate your health and fitness activities.
If you’re looking for a facility that provides a total training and fitness space, I highly recommend the YMCA.
It was our first time there and we attended the Thrive session with Amy R and had a very good time there. She was super helpful and encouraging. We plan on returning

I love working out at the YMCA because the facilities are nice and affordable; the staff is friendly; and I appreciate the work the Y does to support our community, especially kids.

That I can go to any of the locations in the area and bring my daughter along when she’s not in school. I like how laid back the staff is.

I Like the staff and instructors they have on staff. I definitely like the exercises and friends I meet there.

the weight room has great equipment. Its overall a great place to work out.
Pool ,indoor track and wonderful support staff.Lots of different machines and weights for every age group

We love it!!! I really feel like the staff cares about the safety and learning of my children. My daughter can swim now and she’s confident. Kudos to the swim staff.
