Quality of offering.
It all seems good, but everyday I need to be told if the pickup is in the front or by the gym. I would recommend a cone or flag or something that can mark the pickup spot, to save the staff from saying it 50 times a day. Just happy advice, not unsatisfied.
My son has been in afterschool for 7 years with OCS and loves it! This year with YMCA After-school he is super excited and really enjoys all of the teachers and activities they do.
We are loving all of it!!! The options that he has to choose from - go outside, crafts, gym, playground, archery.... The counselors have all been so friendly and kind and great! I have recommended that his best friend switch over to YMCA from their current afterschool program!
The program has been consistent and have been responsive when any issues arise.
My son enjoys the time he spends there after school and always wants to stay longer!

I absolutely love this ymca. It is very clean, people are friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed 😉 the pool and the workout equipment. When The Sanford ymca closes the pool again I will definitely be back. I LOVED MY FIRST VISIT TO THE CHAPEL HILL -CARRBORO YMCA.
The great morning greeters are friendly and very good at their job.
Not so great is the varying temperatures of the pool.
We have enjoyed our experience and hope to attend more activities in the future.

It's a great place, I love everything about it.
It's conveniently located for me and has the facilities I can use (exercise area and pickleball activity)
I have not taken advantage of the many class offerings though they look great and will do so when I retire. I like the spaciousness of the gym. Like the pool -and some visual connection to the outdoors. I’m hoping my husband joins and comes swimming with me.
Absolutely loving HES - YMCA afterschool. We are so very happy our HES teachers returned and we are also so happy with the YMCA staff. Specifically Ms. Crystal has been outstanding, she is kind, efficient, compassionate and somehow remembers every kid and parent. The sign up and the documentation has also been great which makes registration and submitting claims for my dependent care reimbursements super easy.
Organized, safe, fun, reliable. And Kaitlyn & Hadleigh are the best.
