I've recently moved to Greensboro & I miss the CHC Y so much as I recently realized on a visit this week. First of all, I now have to pay for water aerobics classes which is a bummer! I miss so much--everything from the cleanliness of the locker room, the excellence of the instructors, friendliness off staff and welcome and enthusiasm of fellow participants!
Great center with lots is fabulous fitness teachers and great equipment. Very welcoming environment overall!

It was the only full-day camp my son liked all summer. The counselors are enthusiastic and there are a lot of fun activities to keep the kids engaged.
My daughter enjoyed all of her y camp experiences. As a full time working, single, mom I appreciate the fact you offer full day camps at a reasonable price. Camps are the reason we are ymca members!

Also the outdoor water aerobics at Meadowmont pool makes summer an occasion instead of a slog. Love the outdoor pool!
My children (ages 7 & 10) LOVE Camp Clearwater. They love the various activities, being with friends, and being outside! I love that it is so close to my house (~2 miles) and that the hours work with a parent's work-day without having to pay extra for late or early care. We will keep coming back to camp in the future!
Both pools are awesome. Great place to take the kids swimming!

My son loved Camp Clear Water, we are very happy and feel thankful for having that option here in Chapel Hill.
Counselors are friendly and engaged, variety of activities - my son has had a great time at his 1st Camp Clearwater experience and has already said he’d like to go back next summer.

Our kid enjoys the camp and has been coming here for a few years now. I would make a few recommendations: find fun ways to help combat the extreme heat days around the camp by adding water misters for example. Maybe find ways to help add more support the CITs/CILTs with kids that show behavioral issues.
A 'Y' with polite staff and plenty of activities and workout options. The facility does need upgraded aerobic equipment and the men's locker-room is pretty sad (carpet and lockers).
The CHCYMCA has a variety of exercise classes that are led by enthusiastic and capable instructors. There are exercise and swim classes for all fitness levels. Also, the Y has so many regular attendees. It is a pleasure to see familiar faces in the classes I attend.
