Convenient, clean and comfortable. Well done.
Staff in the early AM is always jubilant and helpful, especially Ned. Once with Ned off we ran out of towels last week...not big issue!
It’s clean and friendly. Yoga class was awesome

Friendly staff and nice facility. Although when I called to inquire about parking it took a long time to get connected to someone who answered my question.
Great selection of equipment

Shirley Jones was friendly and welcoming when I signed up, and I appreciate how clean and well-maintained the facility is.

Well furnished and quite
Thus far, it's great. Friendly desk person, nice variety of equipment, and not too crowded.
I love all the yoga classes. I love the steam rooms at the various Triangle ymcas when they are working.
Please, please add line dancing classes.
Thank you 😊
Great equipment, not crowded, kind desk staff and good price point.
The woman at the desk when I picked up my card was amazing. She answered all my many many questions about the Y and workouts with a deep knowledge and love of teaching. She is so great.
My only hesitation is the emphasis on Christianity. That is not inclusive. It is time for the organization to get past that.
Great equipment/space and fab location
Nice equipment.
Excellent place. Organized, spacious, clesn and kind people
Great facility. Clean - awesome staff
Lots of different classes and locations
The American Tobacco Y is a beautiful space, and there's plenty of equipment for a great workout.
I love the location so much. It’s a joy to work out in this location. The one thing I could ask for to be considered is offering more Body Pump and Attack and Combat courses throughout the week. I enjoy these classes but they were often offered at times that didn’t work. I’m hoping you can offer more options lastly is there anyway we could do the combat and attack classes in the Cage as an option when weather permits? These classes don’t have any weights required for them and could easily be offered in the cage. At the top of American Tobacco. I know several people mentioned this who regularly attend combat. Joyce could teach it! She is amazing
The walking class and the stretch class help me during my days at work. They energize me, and they're a great break from sitting at a desk!
Pilates with Crystal is the best class the ymca offers! She’s an incredible instructor and I’ve learned so much about proper form from her. I like the cleanliness of the facility and the layout of the group fitness studio. It’s also a great location close walking distance from places to eat and steps from the Tobacco Trail.
It’s an easy walk from home and it’s not over-crowded - very clean, very friendly staff. The space is in an historic building and the high ceilings make it feel spacious and relaxing. I don’t swim, so it has everything I need. I like the size and it’s well-maintained.
Never crowed, friendly staff, clean, convenient.
I am constantly recommending the y as it offers a huge variety of classes and so many different venues. My one issue is that the hope vaa as ley pool is not open to members for most of the year which is incredibly frustrating for those that want to do laps and swim out doors. Why not open it to the membership and not just to the swim club youth. Seems very unfair.
It’s clean and you are greeted with a smile.he is always pleasant friendly and make you feel welcome
