I actually go to the Lakewood Y. Only went to ATC location once for pickleball clinic which was cancelled due to rain.

Great location to get in exercise in during the workday! Good mix of equipment and the space is utilized well. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. A gem in the American Tobacco campus!
It's relatively quiet (although sometimes the music is up way too loud but staff always turns it down if you ask. Most people listen to their own music or podcasts at the gym so not sure if the overhead music is needed at all....or maybe very light background music, so it doesn't interfere with what patrons are listening to on their own devices, like has happened a few times for me) and not super crowded. The staff is always very nice and friendly, the change rooms are always very clean. I would definitely refer this gym to my family and friends.

The atmosphere is so relaxed and laid back. There is also equipment at tobacco campus that I haven't seen in other ymca campuses. Also They're is a lot available to park in for free directly behind the building.
