I love the Y at AT! I am a lifelong couch potato and the classes that I take at the Y have kept me fit and motivated for three years now! I’m close to 72 and I’m as fit is I have ever been. I feel that the Y staff and members are like family. Everyone is so kind and professional. Shirley at the front desks is a dream! And Laurie Register has been an inspiration to me to keep going. I am so grateful to the Y. My insurance does not cover my membership to the Y (although it covers other gyms), but I love the Y so much that I pay out of pocket.

Very clean and all weight machines in good working order.
I love going to the ATC Y when Miss Shirley is there. She's my fave! The location is almost always less crowded than the Downtown branch too.
