I love the friendliness and the atmosphere of a neighborhood gym. You get to know the staff and the regulars who go there. I also like the strength-training classes, that, although full, don't feel like they are crammed in.

Everything is good except there is no steam room. The ones downtown don’t work so it’s a real bummer not to have an alternative without having to commute such a long distance outside if downtown.
I love the size of the of the facility. It’s not overrun by people and it has a community of members. I also like Laurie’s classes.

I love everything about the Y at the ATC! Shirley at the front desk as such a dear and the whole staff is thoughtful and professional. I take many classes with Laurie Register who has keep me motivated for four years now! I love that I can walk to the Y, that it has equipment that I use and that it is so clean. Thank you for keeping me fit and strong. I’m a senior so this is very important to me.
