The staff are great: Shirley, Shawntay, and everyone else. Also the facilities are clean and peaceful.
One request: some of the locker keys are missing or the locks are a little loose or busted. These need some attention.
Otherwise, keep up the good work.

The ATC YMCA is such a nice gym. It's very clean, and all of the machines are up to date. The staff is excellent as well! They are so kind and knowledgeable.

American Tobacco YMCA is rather clean Y that is wedged in the complex that is American Tobacco Campus and everyone is friendly, warm-hearted, and welcoming! The machine selection is right on par with The Central Y on Morgan St and I get my cup of Joe after I work out! The backdrop with the fountain outside leading to the entrance is a nice touch too and the locker rooms are a lot cleaner than Central! They are a lot more private as well, pretty nice gym!

Clean and very well equipped
I love that you can get a bike to ride the trail. The location is great and the staff are so nice and welcoming. We we're on a very long walk on the trail and ymca was located perfectly for us to stop and get a drink of water after a 12 mile walk. Thanks ymca.
My yoga class with Amy at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday was great I enjoyed it immensely I had not been for a month or two because of surgery but it was nice to be able to go at my own pace and do like I wanted to do and it really helped.
One thing I noticed about the class I believe there was too many people in there it is a small room and we had about 20 people in there The mats were kind of close together so you had to be careful and not stretch on someone else.
I will be back for more classes and different days thank you

I love the Y at ATC - the space is perfect for focusing on working out...high ceilings and brick, and the space has everything I need. It's my favorite YMCA and I feel at home when I walk in.
Convenient and well equipped
I was very impressed with the waterfalls outside. I liked the weight room with large TV screens, and the instructor was helpful to me on the right size equipment to use.
The ATC Y is very convenient to my house, the staff is wonderful and it isn't crowded when I go.

I love the variety of classes and the many locations and the outdoor pool at Hope Valley. I only wish that pool was open to members more than the few months. It is really unfortunate that membership cannot use it year round or at least until after labor day.
