Making it easy to get to the gym and not have to compete for equipment or class space is really appreciated for someone who needs a bit extra motivation to get to the gym.
It’s just the right size with what I need. It’s not noisy. It’s not overwhelming. The machines are new and I don’t have to wait. Clean, nice high ceilings and industrial look.

The front desk staff was professional, helpful, and greeted members by name - very impressive. The facility is clean and not crowded I like the windows.

I split my visits between the A.E. Finley and Alexander Ys, the downtown Durham Y, and ATC, and ATC is definitely my favorite. Very lowkey, and the facility is well-maintained. If ever you bring classes to the early mornings I’d be there every workday.
The staff is helpful and friendly. There is the right amount of equipment for the number of users, so I don't have to wait a long time for my turn on the machines. And I can actually afford the monthly cost of taking care of myself through strength training and exercise. Thank you for keeping the Y affordable.

The staff are great: Shirley, Shawntay, and everyone else. Also the facilities are clean and peaceful.
One request: some of the locker keys are missing or the locks are a little loose or busted. These need some attention.
Otherwise, keep up the good work.
Location is very convenient, staff was very helpful as this is not a location I often have classes in.
