I love the Y at ATC - the space is perfect for focusing on working out...high ceilings and brick, and the space has everything I need. It's my favorite YMCA and I feel at home when I walk in.
Convenient and well equipped
I was very impressed with the waterfalls outside. I liked the weight room with large TV screens, and the instructor was helpful to me on the right size equipment to use.
The ATC Y is very convenient to my house, the staff is wonderful and it isn't crowded when I go.

I love the variety of classes and the many locations and the outdoor pool at Hope Valley. I only wish that pool was open to members more than the few months. It is really unfortunate that membership cannot use it year round or at least until after labor day.

It is clean, not busy - so I can get to the equipment I want, staff is friendly, and location is super convenient.

The space is so clean and all of the machines are up to date. The staff is so friendly, and the "yoga room" is huge.
Instructor is good-humored, does the exercises with us, and knows us and calls us by name.
And the students in the classes are very interesting and generally sociable, so it’s fun to get to know them, become me friends, and care about them.
And the students come from all over the globe and always have interesting backgrounds.
It's very close by.
