Friendly, inclusive place. Great fitness classes. All ages and fitness levels are made to feel included and accepted.
On Tuesday, I was on the second floor around noon and one of the employee was so kind
talking to a .fellow employee. I was impressed with his courteousness to her.
Later, I believe this same gentleman was instructing an older man on the uses of the various machines.
I think this place is wonderful. I just wish members would support the coffee shop.
You do a fabulous job. I hadback surgery in September and my activities are limited, but I love to come because I feel alive.

Exciting
The Y’s pool offers both lap lanes and water aerobic classes as well as offering lanes for those who want to water walk or exercise on their own.
There are also a great variety of exercise classes including some fabulous yoga instructors.
All this including friendly staff.
The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. I love the Bible scripture jar 😃
The instructors in the classes are all wonderful, very helpful and welcoming to everyone no matter what their fitness experience or level
Love Alexander YMCA! Everyone is friendly which gives the program a great vibe.

The Y is great for families
I love the great fitness facility combined with a great pool! The combination of those two in the same place is unmatched in the Triangle (except for at other Y’s, of course).

Great place
I am a regular at the Alexander Y. Instructors are great - Julie, Holly, Staci, Emily, Cheri to name a few! I love the classes. Everyone - staff and guests - are friendly, helpful and positive. Facility is always clean and fully equipped. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
