I really like the relaxed atmosphere at this YMCA. The front desk staff are friendly and the location is ideal. There are lots of options for working out and the equipment is never fully occupied where you have to wait. I am enjoying my membership!

The sauna & steam room are by best features. As long as they have those I'll choose them over other centers. Not every YMCA has those.

I really like the sauna, yoga classes, and free weights! I’d love to see a cold tub be added eventually. Just a side note, some gentlemen are disregarding the rules for the sauna and not wearing neither a towel nor shorts.

Wholesome atmosphere. Conveniently located. Has everything there that I need/want regarding exercise. Sauna and steam room are much appreciated, especially during winter.
The Y works on good causes. Lots of good people, from all strata and walks of life. Has a deep history and good reputation. Inexpensive. Charitable.

I love the many options for fitness - pool, weights, machines, tracks. I like the experiences that are offered such as the Indoor Triathlon and other events. And I like how the staff is so friendly, encouraging of both adults and my kids, who have gone through many Y programs.
Very nice staff. Very clean as well. When things break, they are usually fixed by the next day.

Excellent experience. Front desk Megan and “Miss M” were great to work with. Margareth Galardi was quick to respond and assist with financial support. I was a previous member and had to relocate during Covid. This was a seamless process. I’m also a prior Boarc of Managers Member from the Kernersville Family YMCA. I have supported the Y for years. Very humbled for the help afforded me.

I love going to the Y so far, it has really helped me become a better man and for the first time in my life pick up regular exercise. I feel so much better already. The lock is broken on locker 336 in the men's lockerroom, but aside from that the place is great!
