Poor enforcement of Guidelines (wearing sandals, sitting of equipment, talking loudly on phone, dropping weights on machines and free weights)

it has been wonderful. everyone is so helpful and friendly. website is easy to maneuver for check-in and updates. would love to see a deep water aerobics class and an 8 am tai chi for seniors class added. both would be a nice addition for us 65 + patrons looking at low impact options. Thanks to all the staff at the Y for making my goals for health and fitness positive and pleasant!
Group classes are great!
The people! Always so friendly and helpful. The new app still needs work, however. Waitlisting is an issue and when searching for classes on a specific date the app takes you back to the current date when you go back to the list from looking at one specific class.
The variety of classes (especially yoga!) offered all day long; the friendliness of the entire staff; and the large number of treadmills with cable tv! Thank you!

I like it. It’s great but I usually go to other YMCA locations. Everywhere people are friendly, professional. The places are clean and pleasant.
I just don’t use the dressing room at Alexander. Too large and often crowded.

Love the welcoming staff and hospitality. Classes are fabulous! The facility is nice and clean-both in the workout areas and locker room - i’m speaking for the ladies locker room have not been in the men’s😉

I am very comfortable there having been a member since 1988.
As a 78 year old, single female, I have very much enjoyed being around other people my age and really have seen quite a difference in muscles, stamina, etc., from taking the Thrive aerobics classes. All of the instructors are wonderful! The staff is super nice and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Sometimes I enjoy just hanging out in the lobby and chatting with others. The location is terrific for me and the monthly fee is reasonable. I also enjoy the indoor pool, especially in this hot weather. I can’t say enough good things about it. It has made a positive change in my life.

Honestly it's a tie between the facility (courts, equipment etc) and the people (other gym goers/staff), particularly the staff! They are very helpful and friendly.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are super helpful. I’ve enjoyed having a variety of different equipment to use. I am happy. I canceled my Planet Fitness membership and rejoined a place that’s family-oriented and has so much to offer. I will be recommending this location to others.
