Great counselors and activities
I liked that the employees are very friendly and treat the children very well. Also, the activities they have are very fun for children.
Counselors! My son loved going to the after school program.
Hi! My son, has enjoyed his camp experience so far. I was looking for a place to send him for the summer outside of daycare that would challenge him to begin being a little more responsible and help him to continue to build meaningful friendships. He is currently four years old and will turn five in September. I love that the camp provides the bus experience and swim experience. He has told me great things about his counselors and friends. I would like to suggest that there be a plan for the younger friends for their swim gear. Since they are still young they need help with changing and keeping their things together. My son didn't have all of his items when I picked him up the first day of swim and was unsure who had them. Thank you, also, for changing the carpool time to 9:00 am, this has made the drop off experience more smooth due to the amount of parents dropping off. Thank you for providing a good experience for my son. I look forward to providing more feedback.

This is my child and my first experience with the Alexander Y as a camper and a Bus Driver. I love the professionalism, customer service, and kind personalities of Staff and civilians. When you walk in, you're immediately greeted by everyone and that accounts for a lot in this day and time. I love if there's any concerns that need specific attention, they're on top of it right then and there. I'm reassured each day of my child's safety and well being. She is truly enjoying herself and that means everything to me. Thank you, Jesus for this wonderful first time experience and we look forward to many more, in Jesus Name.
My daughter loves YMCA after school at Lacy! The counselors are all fantastic. I love that she has an opportunity to snack, work on homework and do fun activities. The 6pm pickup is amazing for my work schedule and I always know she is in good hands.
Charlie and Rachel have been a part of the after school care program at Lacy for years! They have absolutely loved their time with the counselors there and sometimes ask me to leave them there longer! Please pass along our gratitude to those involved at Lacy Elementary.
Last year my son was going to a different day camp and he hated it. But this summer it is effortless to send him to YMCA. Seems he is enjoying it a lot.
Great facilities and very nice people.
The counselors were able to recall my children's name by day 2 which was a great feeling. My kids came home excited to share their day and just as excited for the next. The number of staff members is also great to see. Overall, the Summer Camp appears to be more organized this year with a Camp Skyline hub off the lobby and what looks like a new expanded shaded outdoor area for hot summer afternoons.

It's a good combo of organized activities and unstructured playtime. I like the pool time.
I have 2 kids there now for the first time (soccer, dance/cheer sport camps). They love it! They are enjoying the activities, the counselors are great, and they have a day full of fun! I can also see a lot of effort goes into safety and keeping the programs organized. Lastly, the communication ahead of time and during the week was good (emails and texts).

My son has thrived at day camp. It was an amazing experience for him last summer and is off to a great start this summer. I would highly recommend the program to anyone that is looking for camp for their prechooler
Our daughter has felt welcomed and loved all week! She comes home singing songs and talking about her beads. In a short four days, her confidence has sky rocketed. We are so thankful for the role that the Y is playing in her life.

Very welcoming staff. Facilities are kept up well.
Lots of group classes with different types of exercises to choose from.
Facility is very clean, bright, open. Everything seems well cared for and in working order. So many classes, sports and weight lifting options available to you. Currently I mainly just use the gym for weight lifting and have found everything I need/want to ramp up my routine. Staff is very friendly and attentive to the gym goers.

Bruce was very welcoming when my parents visited from out of town. Swimming at the Y was a highlight of my mom's visit from India!

The Y is not helps me stay physically healthy, over time I've developed some my most consistent friendships and diverse personal connections with the people who work there and the members who work out there.
Group fitness classes are great. Steam room and sauna are a great bonus.
The staff was involved, aware, very attentive to interactions of youth, pleasant each evening.
Really high level customer service, professional in challenging situations. The activity choices were great for my student.
