I love the classes . What I don’t enjoy is taking a class after the hot bar class. No one in the class seems to consider the next class coming in behind them. The room is extremely hot and wet. In the extreme heat and humidity we have had this summer some days have been terrible. I don’t know why the instructor can’t turn the air down before the next class. That would be an easy soulution

I really like your water aerobis programs. There is flexibility for class times and "most" of your instructors are great. (The subs need to be addressed!)
Everyone is very helpful and friendly..especially the front desk when MonaLisa and Justin are there.
I only rated it a 9 because I thik there is ALWAYS room for improvements.

YMCA is great! I am the one who is not that great and fails to persevere.
I'm working with Lori Campbell and attending some stretch and balance classes. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful, professional. Allon makes you feel absolutely at home. It's all about the people and the place! And doing time on the treadmill in the summer mornings provides a chance to watch the kids at summer camp in the gym.
The Nir Family Y is a fantastic community resource, with friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful lap pool! I always leave with a smile!
Justin has over and over and over again helped, saved, and made my day! He is just one of many reasons I love the Nir ymca.
