Nice facility
I like the friendliness and the professionalism of the Nir Family YMCA staff. That is a delicate balance that is not always easy to achieve. The variety of fitness activities is appealing, The effort made to address all levels of fitness is unique and much appreciated. In addition to this, the caring nature of the staff is evident in how many of the staff develop warm, friendly relationships with their clients. I am happy to be a member of the Nir Family YMCA!

I love how my experiences with the YMCA have helped me to live a healthier life. The DPP program, along with my regular daily workouts, has helped my body get into really good condition. PLUS, I see the impact it has had on my mom, who at 89 regularly attends "her" workout classes two days each week.
