They are very good at customer service, Cliff remembered me personally and took very good care of me. All the services done were done correctly and in a timely manner. They also do a very thorough diagnostic, with pictures and easy to understand explanations.

Great service! From the moment I walked through the door, Bob and the team at Christian Brothers were friendly and upfront about my service needs. We took our car in for an inspection. After receiving a detailed description of what our car needed, Bob went through each item with me and gave honest feedback on what was really worth fixing based on cost, age of car, and our current auto needs. I was so impressed that I promptly brought in my parent’s car for an oil change, switching from my usual oil change location in Loveland! I think we’ve found our new “go to” garage!

Everyone was professional and attentive. I did not feel like I was pressured or they were just trying to get more money out of me. The shop is RIDICULOUSLY clean! Everything was explained to me when I had questions. The shuttle service is GREAT. I’ve been around mechanics and auto shops most of my adult life and these guys are top notch. I live in Berthoud, but even if I lived elsewhere, I would make the drive in to see them just to take care of my vehicles.
Fast and courteous service. Seems fair price wise. Very convenient location for me as well. Appreciate that this business is locally owned and managed by a young family, and provides jobs for many employees. They are very willing to discuss the services they recommend, explaining why they think the repairs are necessary.

You talk about saving my bacon! I broke down on the highway in the late afternoon. I called a tow truck and the dispatcher gave me numbers to a few places in Berthoud to call. Everyone I called was booked solid and could not get to me that day. Christian Brothers was also booked pretty solid, but was the ONLY shop to tell me to "bring it in we'll see what we can do". One of their guys went out into the parking lot just to see what the issue was, and long story short Christian Brothers in Berthoud got me back in the road in an HOUR! There is so much more I could write but words seem inadequate to express my gratitude.
Thank you guys SO much I really appreciate your time, your hearts, your service. I truly feel the team here is on a mission to "wash feet" if I can use that term.

The staff were very friendly and the work was done professionally. All charged were discussed before work started. They also managed to get my second visit done earlier than expected.
My entire experience was amazing. I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get my oil changed that same day! The staff, although busy, were very kind and courteous. I waited while my ill was changed and the waiting area was super clean and comfortable! I will definitely use Christian Brothers in the future!!
I’ve been to so many places that can’t get a mount and balance correct or an alignment. CB nailed it. There are no vibrations due to improperly balanced wheels and tires. The ride is perfectly smooth and the vehicle tracks straight as an arrow thanks to an excellent alignment. Additionally, the service rep, Cliff, was professional and personable. I will certainly be returning in future for my vehicles’ needs!
