The thing I most appreciated was the communication with me throughout the appointment. I knew what was going on every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

My truck's check engine light came on while visiting Colorado, and while CBA was able to schedule me several days out, they were flexible enough that they were able to do the diagnostics several days earlier as I am from out of town and would be traveling shortly after the scheduled appointment. Their flexibility was much appreciated, particularly if my truck had needed to have major work done, which it didn't. They are very friendly and willing to discuss and explain issues. My son, who lives in Berthoud, recommended them.

Excellent customer service! They are great about communicating what needs to be done, break down costs, and don't pressure you into having something done that does not necessarily need to be done, or at least not immediately!

The communication.

For an oil change it was a great experience. Made the appointment online. I was greeted right away by a gentleman, I believe he was the office Manager. Not able to recall his name but he was very professional and made me feel at home immediately. I waited maybe 20 minutes and my vehicle was ready. Although I thought the cost (even after my $10 off coupon) was a little pricey, I will definitely recommend and speak highly of Christian Brothers!

Professional communications and real desire to find out what was wrong with the car.

They were very helpful, told me the possibilities of what could be wrong, and fit me in the same day. When the van was looked at, I was messaged, with pictures, of what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed. In and out same day. Helpful and nice.
