It was my first time going to the Christian Brothers Auto in Berthoud, CO - but Cliff made me feel like I had been coming there for years! I also liked Cliff's approach to educating me about the different things I should be preparing to fix/repair/replace. He provided recommendations for the things that were more of a 'do it now' concern vs. a start budgeting for this and put it on the radar for an upcoming need, which is always helpful during the holiday season!

I will definitely be returning and consider this my new vehicle maintenance team!

The waiting area is very nice - comfortable with an array of drinks and snacks. The PacMan machine is a fun touch. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful, garage was very clean. I really liked the visual inspection report with pictures and videos, didn't feel taken advantage of.

The inspection was very thorough. They were easy to coordinate with and seemed honest. The work was done in a timely manner and they had competitive pricing. Will use them again.

I went into Christian Brothers after running into some issues with my truck, and while I didn't necessarily get the news I wanted, I got the honest news I needed. Cliff and the team not only reassured me about what needed to get done on my truck and what's to come to keep it alive, but they were understanding and relatable as well. I still have a few more items to check off the ol' trucks list, but will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to anyone and everyone. Thank you

Got the Job done (plugs, wires , serpentine belt and an oil change). All in one day. No issues no surprises. Had one problem (that i found out later existed before i brought it to them..) but they gladly checked it out and told me what to do if i want to fix it. FYI It was Tire pressure monitoring device that was acting up in one tire. All that diagnosing was free and i appreciated it considering it was not caused by them. Thanks again Everyone and will be using you in the future!
