Honest, great communication , friendly staff

I thought I needed an alignment with my new tires. It turns out I did not need one, and they were honest with me about it. They got me caught up with maintenance, and are letting me schedule bit by bit so I can afford it. I also like how they show you pictures of what needs to be done. And, that they are nice, professional and have a sense of humor. Kind of refreshing these days! They even liked my giant dog Hank. The lobby is really nice, and the fact that they have a shuttle is good. I was using a local mechanic and always had to walk home. Which took me a bit. Thanks CB. See you soon!

It's unusual to find people so friendly, but everyone there is enjoyable to interact with. I think that's the most important thing. Service was great too.

Easy to book an appointment, great communication, fair price…

Christian Brothers did the work on my Scion as agreed-upon for the fair price agreed-upon and at the time agreed upon. They did not try to sell me service/stuff I did not need. Christian Brothers provided a shuttle, so I did not need to wait around while the work was being done.
I had been looking for a trustworthy car service shop for a long time. So I was glad when Christian Brothers opened a shop in Berthoud.
