Friendly and knowledgable !

Went in for a 4 wheel alignment and they called me and said my vehicle was in specs and come get it with no charge. They could of charged me the full price and I wouldn’t of known the difference. That tells me that they are very honest. I will definitely go back when I have the need.

Very friendly and honest. I appreciated the courtesy inspection and all the info that came with it.

The mechanic that worked on my truck was knowlegeable and had experience working with my make and model. The work was done well and my old truck runs like a new one now. I also appreciated the thorough check made on what repairs were needed and recommended. The service advisor was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and gave me frequent updates, which was appreciated!

They were very friendly and respectful. They didn’t try to get me to buy additional services and were very honest. Absolutely will continue to go here

Great service and great, friendly staff

I thought the people that worked there were very straight forward. They gave me proof of the things they were doing (at least i think that the test strips were from my truck) when they tested my fluids. . I appreciate the explanations of the work they recommended and didn't talk down to me. They worked on my truck quickly and met the timeline i was given. Overall a good experience

They were very professional and got my truck running in a timely manner. They communicated when there was some issues and had a timely solution. The guys were very helpful.

I have used three different Christian Brothers Franchises in the past. Every one - and I mean every single one - has been professional, thorough, helpful and fair.
They are not the cheapest, however, my goal is to keep my car on the road as long as possible! So, I’ll return and pay the price with the knowledge that you get what you pay for!

Out of curiosity one day, (actually it was the day before the grand opening), I noticed a pick-up parked at the front door and decided to stop in. The door was open so I just walked in and met Bob and one of the Owners. They showed me all around the place and needless to say, I was really impressed, not only by the facility, but more so by the fellows that were there and the warm welcome I received Since then they always remember me w hen I stop in.
It's so good to have an auto repair shop so nearby.

Great service. Clean waiting room.

Called for appointment and was able to get scheduled for next day. Staff friendly and courteous. Shop seemed well organized. Work was completed on time. Price was reasonable. Received free inspection for possible other work to be done. Will plan to return for future service.

I dropped my car off at 8:30am without a wait time.

I received recommended repairs via email and text, it included pictures and descriptions, it was very easy to read. Cliff followed up with a phone call and we decided which repairs to do. Cliff called a bit later and said that upon further inspection by the mechanic they found that one of the repairs wouldn't be necessary, saving us aver $900!!

The car was ready about 3pm. I paid and got my keys in about 10 minutes.

The entire experience was easy. I highly recommend and will continue to use CBA.

Very professional. Kept me informed of the status of my car at all times. Excellent use of technology (text messaging, videos explaining what my car required, closeup photos of problem areas). Very, very happy with this company!
