Silverdale facility has everything you need and it’s employees are the best
Many variations of exercise machines to use. They also added more stairmaster machines, making it now 5 total and new models, so that way there's less wait time if someone wants to use them. Also the facility is kept generally clean, so that's a plus as well.
The music played by the pool . Family friendly atmosphere and everything is clean. The staff are friendly and obviously professional.

Mostly the immense benefit it is to community above and beyond an easy place to get added physical exercise as that alone is too expensive for most senior citizens on retirement income
only. SO, I emphasize the community benefit in kids programs and keeping them interacting & active above setting with devices. In the long run a blessing to all and some extra
exercise/movement for me.
Great swim pool !!! But water aerobics need to finish within their allotted time.
Why not oprn a small bistro? It'll make thr Y money!

I love the Aquatic Center, especially the lap pool and sauna. I also really appreciate the clean, spacious locker room and the friendly staff throughout the facility.
I like the fact that I can always find an available piece of equipment to work on and that there are so many options to get the exercise that I need.

I like that so many health-related activities are available at the Y. Recently, I decided to learn to use some of the machines there, and have committed to going there twice a week. I'll have knee replacement surgery in early January, and plan to resume my exercises there (and possibly use the water resistance stream) in my recovery.
The location, up to date workout equipment , always very clean and of course the friendliness of the staff.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive. I have never seen an organization that somehow engenders such an incredibly consistent staff attitude of genuine 'happy to be here and to help'. I take my granddaughter to the Y every week, and I work out there several times a week. The entry staff are superb at making her feel welcome; the pool lifeguards....I can't say enough about them. Their discipline, attention, and genuine concern indicate a leadership effort focused on safety and customer experience, with obvious attention to the staff providing it. The folks providing cleaning/janitorial services are so consistently on-the-spot and regular. The Haselwood Y is THE model of how an organization should be run. The employees and volunteers should be rewarded and lauded. I think there should be an appreciation day/venue/method in which customers can somehow show their appreciation of the staff.

Everyone is friendly. The equipment is taken care of. I truly enjoy the indoor track since I use it very often because I have drop foot. My mobility is getting better. Thank you.
Currently a patient in physical therapy upstairs at KItsap Physical Therapy. I’m experiencing hip pain. I would like to request that one of Hip Abduction and Adduction machines be moved upstairs for those of us who have hip mobility issues. Between my hips and knees this would be very helpful!

Mostly my experience has been great. I think the instructors there are terrific--especially Kathy and Barry.
I really like the new Hydromassage chair but the other chain, (IMO) isn;t worth it.
