We love the Haselwood Family YMCA! The child watch program is wonderful and provides an opportunity for me to work out as a busy mom! My older children are in the aquatics program and have made leaps and bounds in their swimming journey

What I love about the Haselwood location is how friendly the whole staff is all the time. They always smile and greet you or say goodbye. They are quick to help and answer questions with a big smile, too. They genuinely seem very glad to be working there and helping you out like you are a friend!
I also love seeing Bible verses on the white board when I come in the front entrance. It makes me feel very loved and welcomed and it reminds me that my identity is in Christ alone. It is a great comfort to see all the Christian quotes on the walls and banners, too. Thank you for making me feel proud of being a Christian! It is nice to have a haven like that!
Besides these things, I have always had a wonderful workout experience here, too. I can always find the equipment I need to do my workout and my children always have great activities and resources to be healthy and to feel comfortable. They love coming to the Y to work out together and see some of their friends, too!

I love my Enhanced Fitness class. Jim and Sam are wonderful instructors. Jim keeps us informed on what's coming up and gives us handouts to better our health. He keeps us laughing with his sense of humor. He makes sure we are ok and that we can do the workout at our own pace. It's a fun class.

I go mostly for yoga classes. Wish the morning times were more like what were pre-pandemic.

I want to laud one of your newer employees, Ti. She is not only professional and personable, but she is also very hardworking. I have seen her cleaning areas that seem like no one else has bothered to work on. She is present, smart, and friendly. I feel like the locker room and public areas are well taken care of since she has joined the team.

Equipment is very well maintained, I can generally manage my workout hours to avoid the crowds. The staff is responsive to concerns and also to assist with advice on equipment.
The facility is very well clean and the shower rooms are pretty nice. Adequate space in the lockers.
The hot pool is well maintained so that it’s not breaking down all the time like some of the gyms I’ve been to. And it is a blessing after a hard weight workout! The hours are quite good as well.

I like the variety of options from walking the track to the different classes offered. The variety of weight and elliptical machines offer opportunities to change up workouts and not get bored.
Super friendly, helpful and courteous staff. As an outside observer- every employee seems to get along with each other. They enjoy coming to work!!!
