I specifically want to recognize the newer swim class, parent /toddler child (not the parent baby one).
Ellie has been leading our class weekly and I truly feel it is such a value add to the swim program. Our daughter was excelling in the baby class but too young for the pre school class. This class is the perfect stepping stone between the classes and is truly setting the kids up for success before pre school classes.
Ellie is a great instructor and incorporates different lessons each week to keep the class engaging. I appreciate her taking our daughter to try each lesson as well and offer pointers to be more successful.
This class should be a keeper and huge thank you and kudos to the hard work from Ellie!

I mainly use the pool for lap swimming. Most of the time there is a lane available right away. The hot tub is also very nice and kept clean
The Staff are awesome. Like the weights setup. The price. Will add another full court basketball court would help. The Main Gym will always be taken for kids events, or other things. Another court would allow people that play basketball, a chance to actually play. Man sure more people will join if an xtra basketball court is made.
I love seeing all the people. I love the Zumba classes. I love all of the hours the Y is open. I love the staff who always welcome me and will help if needed.

The most amazing staff! Tom Taylor YMCA is extremely clean and a fantastic place to workout.
The guards in the pool need to know all the rules and implement them. During water walking we had a partial swimmer. Guard didn’t tell her a water walker did in a polite way. Guard was asked why didn’t you say something to me? They just watch. A month ago a grandma had two kids in the pool the guard watched as a non swimmer went into an area over their head and started having problems. Guard didn’t jump in or whistle luckily grandma got there just before I did. I don’t like to be scared like that.
Good atmosphere, wide range of equipment and outstanding staff make “my Y” my first choice for my 3-4 X week workouts and training sessions.
The people and the group classes such as Zumba and Tai Chi.
