Safe, welcoming, clean environment to keep to a healthy lifestyle. So many choices in programs and classes, seems there is something for all ages and interests. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the pool and steam room. The machines are awesome.
It would be more awesome to enforce no cell phones and hanging out on the machines with them. Happens everyday. Let folks step off the machine for this engagement.

Proud to be a member of a place that is much like a country club environment. It's clean, many activities to choose from and the staff are nice. The only problem there is parking and soon access.
The place itself is great, clean and lots to do. The folks at the front desk seem to always be very pleasant and helpful. I’ve used my membership once so far (new member) and it was to swim with my 3 grandkids, 4, 6, and 8. The staff seemed……to…..enjoy being authoritative. I felt I couldn’t blink right! I will admit I didn’t read the rules before entering, didn’t notice them because I had 3 hyper excited kids with me. We had fun, but the staff could maybe pretend to appreciate their jobs. I did have one thank us for putting all the pool noodles back.

We love our YMCA, friendly people, good exercise selections, wonderful facility!
Lots of classes, especially for the grandkids.
Board does a good job of managing and maintaining the facilities.
We got the hula classes that Silverdale’s been doing for a while.
Convenient parking, like-minded friendly people, areas to relax and just enjoy being around other adults ...viewing the lower areas when walking the track - it provides a bit of incentive to keep on walkking.
It’s fun, it’s clean it’s pretty.

We like the friendly and helpful team they have, how clean the facility is at all times, the classes offered and just about everything about it! Also, they have the best variety of machines and equipment. Always clean!

There is a lot of equipment. I like the jokes and the scriptures when walking out. Greetings are always welcoming.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I find that it’s a true community. I’m new to the Gig Harbor, Tom Taylor, Ymca, and I really get a sense of community here which is refreshing. Not your typical gym! I’ve been a member of the Ymca on and off for over 20 years and Tom Taylor seems to care about you.. The instructors are fun and experienced.
Tina one of the yoga instructors is phenomenal! She brings to the class, a spiritual component, which is much needed in our busy lives. Her voice is calm and she’s very experienced and teaches you the importance of self reflection not just doing a pose. Actually refining your pose for you!
