My TRX class Tuesday & Thursday 9am. I know the modifications are still being done. I would appreciate TRX still being on the calendar on Tues & Thurs maybe at the same time or later. I have spoken with Lynda and she said it is still being worked on.
I like the consistency and dedication of Meredith in the 9:00 am TRX on T/TH. It's well timed and she is very motivating!

Please re-think how you schedule TRX. Room 2 is the only room I know of which is set up for TRX. We have built a community in the Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 AM class. Muscle up is a good class as well but it can be conducted in almost any room unlike TRX. We humbly request that Tom Taylor keeps Tuesday/ Thursday 9:30 AM in Room 2.
The space and the variety of activities
The classes are very nice and a lot of group energy.
We/I, love the 9:30 classes in the main gym on M/W/F but I am told that's changing, I would like to know why, if you would consider bringing it back?
I love the M-W-F 9:30-10:30 Muscle-up class. Do not change it please!

Great instructors- Rona and Terri. LOVE "Muscle up" MWF 9:30 in the main gym. You must be in the gym by 9:15/9:20 to get a spot. 60-70 class members every M, W, F- why change a great class?? We won't fit into room 2 upstairs. Keep on M,W,F 9:30 Muscle up in the main gym! So we can all still participate. I've been attending MWF since covid when there were 12 people in the class- despite the name changes the class grew steadily- better instructors until 60-70 participants in each class on a regular basis. Don't change it. Nobody wants to do Boot Camp instead of Muscle Up

this feedback is for Grace- gymnastics coach, my daughter broke her leg earlier this year and has had a mental block getting back into doing the things she enjoyed. Grace helped her face her fears, made her laugh, gave her confidence- it is incredible. I couldn't believe my daughter was confident and brave to do something she was so scared to do, all because Grace got her comfortable enough to trust her and try. Trust and Try- Thank you Grace!!!!

Amazing facilities and staff!
The staff, first and foremost, they are very friendly and of all abilities which makes it easier for me to bring my elderly mother in. They accommodate the classes so she can have a chair if needed.
Very welcoming, non-judgemental environment. Big range of activities for all ages.i sometimes " make myself go work out", but I never leave thinking I shouldn't have gone LOL!
